Located on the building's 5th floor each room has exterior views and receives plenty of natural light. The main common area is the cozy kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a dining table, television, and AC unit. There is 1 full bathroom to share, as well as a small laundry area.
Moratalaz is located about 40 minutes outside of Madrid by metro and is popular for its relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, as well as for its affordable prices. On Calle Arroyo Fontarrón, you are surrounded by tall residential buildings, small parks, and plenty of neighborhood corner shops. You are about 15-minutes to the nearest metro and are also well-connected by bus.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives a lot of natural light.
- We love the dining table with bench seating.
