This 4-bedroom apartment on Paseo de la Virgen del Puerto, in Imperial, has fully furnished rooms for rent and can accommodate up to 5 tenants. The 135 m² property opens out onto a lovely balcony and has 1 bathroom, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a cozy living area to relax at the end of a busy day.
The apartment has an enviable riverside location, close to the beautiful San Isidro Park and Puente de Toledo. This tranquil residential area has all the amenities you could need during your stay, and the city centre is 25 minutes away on foot. .
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has funky retro style tiles.
- The living area is furnished with 2 sofas, a dining table, and television.
- The bathroom has a bathtub.
- Each bedroom has good storage space.
- Madrid Rio is a beautifully spot to jog, ride your bike, or go for a leisurely walk.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
- Bedroom 3 does not have a heating unit, but the landlady told us that when the central heating is on, the bedroom does not get too cold.
