There are rooms to rent in this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with balconies in Malasaña. The spacious 250 m² property is beautifully decorated throughout and has a spacious living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Malasaña is one of the nicest areas to live in Madrid, with most of the best the city has to offer within walking distance. The property is located in the heart of the city, only 200 meters away from Gran Via and Plaza de España. This is an exceptional location to discover and enjoy Madrid, located in a quiet street which is parallel to Gran Via (main commercial street, full of shops and restaurants).
The apartment is only a few minutes away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and the trendiest Soho area in Madrid!
