There are rooms for rent in this stylish 9-bedroom apartment on Paseo Marques de Monistrol, in Puerta del Ángel. The large 250 m² property has 3 modern bathrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area which will make a fantastic space to get to know your flatmates.
The apartment has an excellent location, right by Madrid Rio and the gorgeous Casa De Campo Park. The city centre is within walking distance, and you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the metro nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped, including pots and pans.
- Javier the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- This area is ideal for those who want to be close to nature, with numerous parks and the lovely Manzanares river nearby.
- The Royal Palace is within walking distance.
- This large apartment will make it easy to make new friends in Madrid!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment, but there is plenty to see and do in this area, so you cannot get bored!
