This spacious 10-bedroom property is a duplex apartment with fully furnished rooms to rent. The apartment is ideal for students and professionals, each room coming with a single or double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The living room is a spacious common area with 2 couches and a television. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms to share.
Fuente del Berro is the ideal neighborhood if you are looking for something upscale but affordable. Less than a 5-minute walk to 2 metro stops, you can easily reach the city center in just 20 minutes. However, right outside your door you have plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighboring Salamanca district is also the place to go when you decide to splurge a little.
What we liked the most
- The private patio is the perfect place to have a meal with roommates or a dinner party.
- Not only are there 3 bathrooms, but they are all quite spacious.
- You have all your basic amenities right outside your door.
- Madrid's Retiro Park is less than 15 minutes away.
