There are rooms for rent in this modern 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle de Don Ramón de la Cruz in Salamanca. The open plan kitchen and living room is well-equipped including a large refrigerator, microwave and rangehood as well as a sofa and TV.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, and a department store within a 10-minute walk. The Eva Duarte de Peron Park is also within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- Both bathrooms are well-equipped with a toilet, sink and shower in each.
- This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and neutral decor throughout.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The famous Vista bullring is located nearby, and hosts events throughout the year.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- The bathrooms are shared.
