This charming 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Athos, in Puerta del Ángel, has fully furnished rooms to rent and 1 nicely tiled bathroom. The 50 m² property is newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen as well as an entrance hall with a breakfast bar and television.
The apartment is located in a lovely and quiet residential area, not far from the City Center, and close to several parks. Ciudad Universitaria is 15 minutes away using public transport, and you will find shops, restaurants, and all the essential amenities within walking distance.

- The apartment has been nicely renovated and is equipped with new furniture.
- The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and all the equipment you need to cook.
- The entrance hall provides a cozy space to relax outside of your bedroom.
