This large 150 m², 7-bedroom apartment has spacious and furnished rooms available to rent in the Guindalera district. The main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage space for each roommate. With the kitchen as the main shared area and 1 full bathroom to share, the rest of the space is distributed among the bedrooms.
Guindalera is an affordable residential area surrounded by small parks and near the shopping streets of neighboring Salamanca. On Avenida de Baviera, the apartment is also in a convenient location for drivers, located next to the M-30 highway. No car, no problem. You have a metro stop just a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is central heat – perfect for Madrid's cold weather.
- Bedroom 5 has an en-suite bathroom.
- With 7 bedrooms, the dishwasher will be very useful.
- The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for you to store your food.
- There is a washing machine.
Things to keep in mind
- To reach bedroom 7, you must pass through the kitchen.
