This is a 1st floor, 2-bedroom apartment just north of Madrid city centre.
The apartment has a small hallway that leads you to the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, all of which have an attached bathroom. The kitchen is the main common area, with a stove, microwave, and glass dining table.
You will be close to one of Madrid's most useful Metro stations - Cuatro Caminos - as it has access to 3 separate lines running across the city from North-South, North-East and around its perimeter. Lovely.
And Tetuán is a great place to live - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to sleep soundly at night, but close enough to not yearn for the dynamism. You'll be a few minutes' walking from the ever popular Calle Barvo Murillo and you'll also be able to get to the wonderful Parque Santander in about 10 minutes, too.
