This is a lovely 2-floor, 3 bedroom chalet house for rent in Fuente del Berro, Madrid. As well as being available to rent as a whole, each of the rooms is available to rent individually.
The house opens into a large living room with dining table, sofa and TV, and a kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, stove and a washing machine. There is plenty of space for storage and food preparation, too. Perfect for when more than one person wants to cook at a time.
The house has 1 bathroom, situated upstairs with the bedrooms, which has a shower cubicle, shower, sink and bidet. There is also a small cabinet for storage of your hygiene products.
Meanwhile, all the bedrooms are fully furnished and have built-in wardrobe to save on floor space.
The property is situated at the very end of a main road (Paseo Marqués de Zafra, and is just a few minutes away from a massive park - so you have the perfect mix of urban and rural life here.
