The 120 m² property is shared with the live-in landlord but you will have a private bathroom to share with the other tenant and access to the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms are fully furnished and have a room key for additional privacy.
On Calle Reina, the apartment is in a very central location. Chueca is known as an LGBT-friendly neighborhood and has great restaurants and nightlife options. You are also a short walk to Madrid's famous shopping street – Gran Vía. This is the perfect choice if you love to feel the energy of the city every time you step out your door.
