There is a cozy room with a private bathroom available to rent in this luxury apartment in Retiro. The 134 m² apartment is shared with the live-in landlady whose rooms are in a separate part of the property. There is a spacious living / dining room that is fully furnished and opens up onto a charming sunroom with incredible views of Retiro Park and the Madrid skyline. There is also a lovely kitchen that comes fully equipped and has an additional dining area.
On Calle del Poeta Villegas, you can truly say that Retiro is your backyard. Not only are you in one of the city's best neighborhoods but you are seconds from possibly its most important monument. Down the street, you also have cafes, banks, restaurants, and shops, making daily errands more than convenient.

- Having Retiro Park as your backyard is a true privilege.
- You have a private bathroom.
- Atocha Train station is 15 minutes away – perfect for travel or a commute.
