This 5-bedroom apartment on Calle del Dr. Esquerdo, in Pacífico is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The property has been recently refurbished and has an equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. All of the rooms are well furnished, and there are 2 shared bathrooms.
The apartment is located in Pacífico, a predominantly residential area just south of Retiro park. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach, as well as the Metro to get you into central Madrid.
What we liked the most
- From this location it's just a short stroll to the beautiful Retiro park.
- The apartment has nice polished wooden floors.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave, stove, and oven.
- This recently refurbished apartment is in excellent condition.
- The Metro is practically outside the front door.

- There is a washing machine, but no dryer in this apartment.
