There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a 65 m² footprint on Calle Athos in Puerta del Ángel. The combined living room and kitchen are both equipped with the essentials, including a sofa and TV and a 3-burner stove. The recently renovated bathroom has a large, tiled shower and a toilet and sink.
There are fabulous parks on either side of this apartment, including Parque de la Ermita del Santo, and the large Casa de Campo park, so this is a great space for someone who enjoys nature. Among all the greenery you will also find several shops, including a supermarket within a convenient 5-minute walk, and a few restaurants.
