There are rooms for rent in this modern 6-bedroom apartment on Calle Jesús del Gran Poder, Usera, offering a bright and spacious living area. This 133 m² property has a shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms, all very clean and all fully equipped.
Located in the Usera area, this property is in a quiet neighbourhood with a huge range of restaurants in a short walking distance, and easy connections to the city, making it easy to get around. There are a couple of gyms just a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket the same distance. There are always things to see and do, and you'll never be bored.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, the washing machine and dishwasher.
- Bathroom 1 has 2 large sinks, a heated towel rail, and a bathtub and shower.
- Bathroom 2 has a toilet, large sink, shower and a heated towel rail.
- The apartment is very large and spacious and full of natural light.
- This property is in a great area, full of eateries and shops, but out of the noise of the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't a living room in this property, but the kitchen and the rooms are more than spacious enough to socialise with your flatmates.
