There are cozy single rooms available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The main shared area is the sunny living room that opens up onto an interior patio with access from the kitchen, as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining room table. Both rooms have a private room key, and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
On Calle del Comercio, the apartment is in an ideal location in the charming Retiro district. You are 1 stop away, or a 15 minute walk, to the Atocha Train Station and just 6 minutes away from the incredible Retiro Park. That means you are very well-connected to other parts of Madrid and Spain, and live near one of the city's most precious monuments. Just minutes from your door, you also have plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to discover.
