There are rooms for rent in this colourful 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Núñez de Guzmán in Alcalá de Henares. This 60m² apartment has a beautifully tiled equipped kitchen, complete with a large sink and microwave, and an attached laundry room. In the sunny living room is a full entertainment system and a dining table.
In Alcalá de Henares, the nearest supermarket and post office are only 3-minutes' walk away. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area. Several buses operate in the area, and the Metro station is reasonably close. There are a few parks to enjoy over the weekend.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is quite spacious and has plenty of storage; it also comes with everything you need to cook including a microwave, coffee maker, and an oven.
- The living room is bright and comfortable. You can easily watch the flat-screen TV from the couch.
- You are well-located near a post shop and supermarket, with the Metro and buses very close by.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a friendly dog on this property.
- The landlady can install a wardrobe and TV into the bedrooms if required.
