There are rooms for rent in this newly renovated 6-bedroom apartment on Calle Sierra Carbonera, Puente de Vallecas. This property offers a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, two bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet, and a small dining space off the kitchen. This property is very spacious, and has a lot of natural light.
Located in the Puente de Vallecas area, this property is just a 20-minute Metro trip away from the heart of Madrid. Within walking distance of this property is a wide range of restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket is only 5-minutes' walk away, and the nearest pharmacy is only 2-minutes away. The Hebe Vallekas Concert Hall is just a 10-minute walk from this property, and regularly hosts a wide range of shows.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
- There is a small dining room off the kitchen, with a table and chairs where you can share meals and socialise.
- Bathroom 1 is the bigger bathroom and is equipped with a bathtub and shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
- Bathroom 2 is equipped with a bathtub and shower, toilet and sink, as well as a heating unit. There will be a mirror in this room for when you arrive.
- This property has a washing machine, which can be found in the kitchen.
- This property is in a really quiet area, still with plenty of shops and eateries within a close walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There are balconies and A/C units in this property, but you cannot access them or use them.
