This spacious 5-bedroom apartment in Puente de Vallecas has bright and spacious room available to rent. Each room comes furnished with a double bed, storage space, and a private room key. The rooms area ideal if you are looking for privacy and personal space. The common areas include a semi-open kitchen and dining area that has an enclosed balcony used as the laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 full bathrooms to share.
If you are coming to Madrid but are looking for a more relaxed and residential atmosphere, Puente de Vallecas is for you. Not only are you less than 30 minutes from the city center, but the area is more affordable. On Calle Sierra Carbonera, you have everything you need nearby, from grocery stores to hardware shops to pharmacies.
What we liked the most
- There are double glazed windows.
- All the rooms are sunny and have a private room key.
- Bedroom 2 and 4 have private balconies.
- Marco, our Homechecker, really loved the neighborhood.
Things to keep in mind
- The AC units shown in the video do not work.
