This tidy 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Teruel, in Tetuán is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The recently refurbished property has a modern equipped kitchen with a small dining table, and well furnished rooms. There are 2 shared bathrooms, each with a generous shower.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, a charming local spot north of the city centre. The Metro is right by the apartment so exploring this magnificent city is a breeze. Although, you won't have to venture too far to find a good bar or restaurant.
What we liked the most
- Tetuán is an excellent neighbourhood for students.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have access to small balconies.
- The apartment is nice and bright and has been recently refurbished.
- Gas heating is installed throughout.
- There are 2 complete bathrooms, so you won't have to wait long for a shower.
- The kitchen is well equipped and modern.
Things to keep in mind
- There is still some work being done on the apartment, but this will be completed in the coming weeks.
- There is no elevator in the apartment building.
