This 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Teruel, in Tetuán is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The modern property is in excellent condition and has an equipped kitchen, a small dining room, and 2 shared bathrooms, each with a shower. There is also a very cool terrace, which is accessible only through bedroom 1.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, a charming spot popular with locals and students. A good bar or restaurant isn't hard to find around here, and getting into the city is a breeze with a Metro stop close by.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is nice and bright and has been recently refurbished.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The apartment has nice tiled floors.
- Tetuán is an excellent neighbourhood for students.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
- The Wi-Fi is currently not working due to works in the building. It will be fixed around early July.
