There are rooms for rent in this tidy 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with an 81 m² footprint on Paseo de Extremadura in Puerta del Ángel. The shared bathroom is spacious and tiled for easy cleaning, and has a shower over a large bath, toilet and sink. The kitchen is similarly well-equipped with an oven, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.
If you're wanting to see the sights of Madrid you're in luck as the Royal Palace of Madrid is only a 20-minute walk away. When you're done admiring the palace you can relax in the large Campo del Moro Gardens, or go shopping at the Príncipe Pío mall.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can get around Madrid easily.
- There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout this apartment
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- This apartment has sine additional storage in the entrance hall.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
