Gorgeous rooms are available to rent in a modern flatshare with a balcony in Guindalera. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with all the essentials, including an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large dining table, where you can get to know all your new flatmates over a delicious meal.
All the rooms for rent have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with either a single or double bed, a desk, and lots of storage space for all your things. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a big bathtub.
You'll be living in Guindalera, a well-connected neighborhood to the northeast of Madrid's city center. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and small parks to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from the fun in Madrid!
