There are rooms available to rent in this modern 66 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Tetuán. The apartment is a small duplex with 2 of the bedrooms on the top floor. Upon entering, you have a cozy and fully equipped kitchen which is the main shared area. The kitchen has modern appliances and a breakfast bar. There is also 1 bathroom to share.
If you are looking for a residential area but want to be well-connected, Tetuán is for you! On Calle de Teruel, you are just a few minutes' walk from several commercial streets lined with tons of restaurants and shops including a Mango Outlet, Lefties, and a Decathlon. Real Madrid fans will also love to be only a 15-minute walk to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
