This modern 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Teruel, in Tetuán is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and microwave, and there are 2 lovely tiled bathrooms.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, a well-connected area of Madrid, north of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, as well as the Metro to whip you into the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a modern decor and is in excellent condition.
- Tetuán is a locals locale, and offers a more authentic slice of Madrid life.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment so you can get some laundry done.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- There is a small dining table to enjoy your meals.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building.
- Currently the internet is not working due to works in the building and it will be fixed around early July.
