This 7-bedroom apartment on Paseo de la Castellana, in Tetuán is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The 160 m² property is simple but stylish, and has an equipped kitchen, generous sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a nice balcony, and heating is installed throughout.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, a true locals locale north of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, as well as plenty of public transport options to whip you into central Madrid.

- Tetuán is an authentic Madrid barrio outside the city centre, but still very well connected.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- Central heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The galley kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- There is a nice balcony overlooking the street below.
