The shared bathroom is very large, and is equipped with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet beside the kitchen. This apartment also has central heating throughout.
Located in the Salamanca area, this property is just outside of the very heart of Madrid, and is surrounded by a huge range of shops, eateries, museums, gyms and access to public transport. The Eva Duarte de Peron Park is just across the road, and offers basketball courts and an outdoor gym. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are both just a 3-minute walk away.
