There are rooms for rent in this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Paseo de las Yeserías in Acacias. This 75m² apartment has a furnished living area with a dining table, while the kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped.
The apartment is in a great location, close to the city center, and right across the road from the stunning Madrid Rio riverside park. This area is also well-connected, within just a short walk from the Pirámides station and buses stopping steps from your front door.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is well located with the city center within walking distance, and plenty of shops nearby.
- There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs.
- The apartment has large windows which let in plenty of natural light.
- You will have access to a pool within the apartment building.
