You'll love these rooms for rent in a 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de los Estudios. The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. The kitchen has a small dining table and chairs. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, and an oven. There's a washing machine in this room, too. You'll enjoy not having to go out to a laundry mat to wash your clothes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with windows that face the interior patio.
You really do have it all in this area. Anything you could want or need is going to be within walking distance. There are two grocery stores right next door. Across the street you have a used clothing store and a hair salon. On the corner, you'll find a winery and a bakery, so you'll never have to go far for the necessities. You can walk to all of the major sites and activities in Central Madrid. For a bit of culture, head to Teatro La Latina. It's just a 2-minute walk away.
