This 2-bedroom apartment comes fully furnished with 1 bathroom and a spacious living room. The apartment has modern and trendy decor. Since it is in the third floor, it also has a lot of natural light. You will be sharing the apartment with the landlord who is currently in his 40s and works as a freelancer. He also travels a lot. Judging from the guitar and singing bowls in the living room, he seems like a cool guy!
The location is very convenient. There are various grocery stores such as Carrefour and Mercadona, within few minutes walk. You can also walk to Atocha train station and genteel Retiro park. Twenty minutes on the metro and you’re in Madrid’s trendiest neighbourhoods.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is fully furnished so you will be saving a lot from house-shopping.
- The room is very spacious and has lots of natural light.
- The location is convenient as it is very close to the metro.
- The apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants so you will never have to walk too far for anything.
Things to keep in mind
- The property has a live-in landlord, so you won't get away with house parties.
