This 3-bedroom apartment has been newly refurbished with modern and minimalist decor. The living has a nice dining space for meals. This space is well connected to the kitchen, which can be seen from the living room through the glass window in between. Thus, the common space has been very well designed. There are also 2 spacious bathrooms.
The area, Malasaña, is well know for its funky bars and eccentric style. It has a lot to offer ranging from drinking craft beverages at Macera to enjoying micro theatre at Microteatro por Dinero. For foodies, there are various restaurants from all over the world, located in Malasaña. You can also go to other trendy neighbourhoods such as Tribunal or Gran Via within 10 to 15 minutes, by foot.
