Tenants are recommended to send the signed contract to the landlord as soon as possible after the booking has been confirmed.
- The landlord wiill only consider booking requests submitted 48 working hours before the move-in date in order to have enough time to collect documents and provide a contract. Only after signing the contract, the landlord will give you the keys.
Moving out: In accordance with Italian law, you must contact the landlord 3 months in advance to confirm your intention to move out. Only then can the contract be annulled. If you are staying 3 months or less, be sure to read the contract and confirm the check-out date in advance if the contract or landlord requested it.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
