The flat enjoys a very convenient location, as there are various metro stops within a 10 minute walk which will take you to the center and other parts of the city with ease. Nearby, you can find supermarkets and restaurants and the hipster district of Malasaña, with its abundance of bars and quaint cafes, is quick stroll away. The apartment itself offers 4 rooms with double beds and 4 rooms with single beds; 2 of the rooms have a private bathroom an the other 6 rooms will share 2 other bathrooms. In the spacious kitchen, tenants can find a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, gas stove, and a 2 sinks, which the living room comes complete with a TV, sofa, and dining area.
