When you first enter the apartment, there is a long corridor. The first room on the right is the bathroom. The next room on the right is the kitchen. The corridor then opens up to the living room and leads to the bedroom. This bedroom is the only one we have pictures of and you may find it in the floor plan.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge, a washing machine, and all amenities for cooking. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower and bath. There is a television and a sofa ( in the living room, as well as a foldable table and chairs for dining.
The entire apartment has natural gas heating. There is a natural gas water heater as well.

This three-bedroom apartment is located in the student-filled area of Moncloa. It is situated on the second floor of the building and has a lot of sunlight. This apartment would be perfect for students in Madrid and is walking distance to the centre.
