This modern 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is a comfortable, modern and fully-equipped space, perfect for students, situated on Plaza Jesús in the Huertas neighbourhood, a central part of Madrid. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, a desk with a chair and storage space, and modern, bright decor. The living room is spacious, and includes a couch and a coffee table. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook, including an size electric stove, as well as a large refrigerator.
Huertas (or Barrio de las letras) is a neighbourhood west of Paseo del Prado, north of Calle Atocha. It is famous for being the "literary" neighbourhood of Madrid where many famous writers lived or spent their free time. One of the prominent landmarks is the house of Cervantes where he died in 1616. In recent years, it has become a nightlife mecca with thousands of Madrileños and tourists walking around and bar-hopping along Calle de las Huertas and Plaza Santa Ana. The latter is now a major nightlife spot. Living here, you will be walking distance from Puerta del Sol, Madrid’s best museums, and the ever popular Retiro Park.
What we liked the most
- The living room is modern and spacious, with a comfortable couch.
- Each of the rooms is a nicely decorated, comfortable space.
- Most of the rooms in the apartment are interior, so will be very peaceful, even in the hubbub of the city centre.
- You will be living in the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping and nightlife.

- There is no oven in the property but the kitchen does have a microwave.
