Double bedrooms available for rent in a five bedroom, two bathroom 140 m² apartment located in chic Salamanca. There are 2 modern bathrooms to share between the rooms, one with a cubicle shower, the other with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is large, and well equipped, with an oven and a dishwasher, and a dining table that can seat 6. The living room is bright, with comfortable sofas and a large TV.
You will be living in one of the most desirable areas of the city, with many highly rated restaurants and boutique stores nearby. You will live just a 15-minute stroll from El Parque del Retiro, and the same to Plaza de Toros, Madrid's most important Bullfighting ring.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cooking equipment including a gas stove, oven. fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, sink, washing machine and cooking utensils. Dinnerware, glasses and cutlery are also provided. There are two tables with chairs to enjoy your meals.
- The living room is bright and spacious, and is furnished with two big sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a bookcase and a window with beautiful views over the streets of this lively neighborhood.
