This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Laundry can be dried on individual racks provided to each room or using clothes lines in the patio. Water is heated via natural gas. Each room is equipped with an individual electric heater.
Utility bills limit for the whole apartment:

- Water: €25 per month
- Utilities payment date: every 2 months
- Any excess will be divided equally between the tenants

The neighborhood of Malasaña is one of the best places to live in Madrid, and Fuencarral is one of the city's main streets known for its abundance of shops and vibrant cosmopolitan life. The area of the property is 150 m2.
What we liked the most
- The living room is large and sunny and equipped with a big TV.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with beyond-basic amenities such as an espresso maker.
- The bathroom is new and clean.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have an elevator, so no need to join the gym!
