Located on the fourth floor. The building has an elevator and a doorman working on site. There is central heating available throughout the apartment. The apartment is wheel-chair accessible and gay friendly. Washing can be dried outside using the ropes that are accessed via the kitchen window, using a rack in the balcony or inside in the bedrooms. Water is heated via natural gas. Water, gas, heating, rubbish collection and body corporate fees are included in the rent. Cable TV (about 100 euros per month shared between all tenants) is installed.

Four bedrooms available for rent in a 123 sqm apartment with two bathrooms, one of them is ensuite. This flat is located in a nice neighborhood and it is only a 10 minute walk away from Atocha train station, making this a perfect base to explore all that Spain has to offer!

What we liked the most
- The living area is a lovely room to relax, watch some TV or read a book in the comfy sofa covered in multi-coloured cushions. There is a big bookcase to keep your books or you may want to have a look through the existing collection for something to read. In this room you will also find a dining table with six chairs, an armchair and a storage cabinet. There is also a window with beautiful views over the streets of this lively neighbourhood.
- The kitchen is ready for you to step in and start cooking. It has a great selection of appliances and utensils including pots, pans, an electric stove, oven, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, a single sink and a coffee maker. Dinnerware, glasses and cutlery are also provided. In the kitchen you will also find the washing machine and some ropes that are accessed through the window to dry your washing.
- There is a piano in the hallway, so why not learn how to play it while in Madrid and serenade your roommates. This apartment has a shared balcony.

Landlord speaks fluent English and has a standard lease contract that you will be required to sign. You will need to present ID/passport, work contract or proof of enrollment to a study course to sign the contract.

Atocha railway station is conveniently located 15 minutes away from the apartment. This is Madrid’s largest train station with access to commuter, intercity, regional and high speed Ave trains.
