Spotahome's opinion

This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom 210m² flat is an excellent retreat for students who wish to live close to the city center. Located right off of the metro Embajadores (Line 3), this bustling and active part of the city has great access to the Parque del Retiro, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol. A number of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants surround the area. Newly remodeled with chic and modern furniture, this flat includes both double and single bedrooms that are available for rent. Enjoy the convenience of having a daily cleaning service, high-speed internet connection, and 35 euros worth of utilities included in the monthly price (see Landlord Policies). This is an excellent option for those who would like to live with other students studying abroad in Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The flat is very nicely presented, with clean laminate floors and modern furnishings.
  • The patio that surrounds the flat lets in plenty of light to each room, and also means there are no neighbours to hear through the walls!
  • The flat is only two metro stops from Puerta de Sol, the heart of the city, and it is also a short walk away from the beautiful Madrid Rio, an amazing place to relax in green surroundings.

Things to keep in mind

  • This flat is ideal for students and is likely to attract other students living here.
