This charming six bedroom apartment is in the comfortable and well-connected Rios Rosas neighborhood in the Chamberí district. The spacious 180-square meter home has plenty of space for roommates to share. It is on the first floor without an elevator.
Despite having many roommates, you will almost never have to wait for a bathroom in this home. One of the six bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, there is one normal shared bathroom with two sinks, and one especially large shared bathroom with three sinks, and separate enclosed areas for the toilet and shower.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to start cooking with pots and pants, plates, glassware and silverware. The kitchen also has modern appliances including an oven and washing machine.
- The nicely decorated living and dining area includes two couches, a coffee table, a TV, as well as a dining table with chairs.
- All of the bedrooms include a bed, desk with chair, a wardrobe, as well as an independent key for extra privacy,
