There is a terrace with common access, where clothes can be hung to dry. Wifi is already installed, and included in the rent. Heat and hot water heater are both natural gas.

This charming six bedroom apartment is in the comfortable and well-connected Rios Rosas neighborhood in the Chamberí district. The spacious 180-square meter home has plenty of space for roommates to share. It is on the second floor without an elevator. It has two shared bathrooms and on en-suite bathroom off the first bedroom.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to start cooking with pots and pants, plates, glassware and silverware. The kitchen also has modern appliances including an oven and washing machine.
- The living area includes two couches, two small coffee tables, additional chairs and a flat screen TV.
- All of the bedrooms include a bed, desk with chair, a wardrobe, as well as an independent key for extra privacy.
