Rooms are available to rent in a central 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Fuencarral in Malasaña. It comprises a modern kitchen, a lovely living area, and 2 bathrooms. The decor is up to date and there are gorgeous parquet floors. What's more, there is a balcony!
The location of this 150 m² property is ideal - you are in the very heart of Malasaña, and close to the Chueca and Tribunal metro stations. Gran Vía is also a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room of the apartment is luminous and is equipped with a big TV.

- The apartment is well-connected with various metro lines and buses within walking distance.
