An immaculate, 120m², 5-bedroom apartment with 2-bathrooms is available to rent in Salamanca, Madrid. This property has a balcony which looks over the street below. The apartment also has a sizeable living room which is the perfect place to spend time with friends and housemates. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences and storage space.
This property is located in Madrid's most classy, prestigious neighbourhood. The apartment is in a very practical location - just next to IE Business School and Avenida de America - Madrid's well-known transport hub.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great size, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating.
- A 2x per week cleaning service means this flat is always kept in great condition.
- This apartment has easy access to buses going to destinations all over Spain at the Avenida de America bus station.
- IE Business School is also a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Apart from bedroom 1, the rooms lead to an interior light well rather than to the street outside.
- This flat has central heating so will be nice and warm in winter, but does not have AC for the summer.
