Single and twin rooms available in this 95m² 1st floor flat with two bathrooms, a living room and a large patio area. This charming flat has a variety of well kept and comfortable rooms, with easy access to the centre and very close to the beautiful Rio Manzanares,
What we liked the most
- The river that runs through Madrid, the Manzanares, has been totally renovated in the last few years and it is now one of the most beautiful parts of the city. The flat is right on the river, which has been done up with countless parks, playgrounds, sports facilities etc. It is a great place for relaxing, on a par with the Retiro.
- This flat has access to a huge patio with a BBQ, a table and chairs. It's a great place to chill out and enjoy the sun.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is charming and has lots of extras in it such as a dishwasher and blender, however it does not have an oven.
- Two of the rooms are twin rooms, so depending on if they are rented out individually or by two people, it is hard to say exactly how many people would live in the apartment.
