The flat itself and its water is heated by natural gas. The utilities are not included in the price, around 50€ per month. Clothes can be dried on the clotheslines in the interior patio. * Utility bills: €50 per month per room
Spotahome's opinion
Bright, pleasant apartment with five rooms and two bathrooms available in well communicated area. This flat is a 3rd floor flat, with lift and is 110m².
What we liked the most
- The flat is comfortable, up to date and comes fully equipped. Every room in the house is of a good size and in good condition.
- Only a short walk down the hill is the beautiful Madrid Rio. The Manzanares river runs through this area, but what makes it exceptional are the countless, gardens, parks, sports facilities, walkways etc. It's an amazing part of the city and is on a par with the Retiro as one of the best places in Madrid to relax.
- The flat is very well communicated to many different train lines, including the Madrid's principal train station Atocha (see "Transportation" below for more information)
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the rooms are interior and so will get less light than the exterior rooms, however the light wells are large and let in a good amount of light.

Transportation
The closest metro stations are Lagazipi and Delicas (both Line 3), which take you directly to Puerta del Sol. Delicias is also served by local rail lines (Cercanias) C-1 and C-10. Atocha railway station is conveniently located 20 minutes away from the apartment. This is Madrid’s largest train station with access to commuter, intercity, regional and high speed Ave trains.
