This chic, stylish apartment is both well located and very comfortable. Located on the 2nd floor with lift, everything in the flat is state of the art. The flat has two twin rooms, one single room (with option to be a double) and one bathroom. The flat is 90m².

What we liked the most
- That flat is very tastefully furnished. Nothing here feels out of date or out of place, making your stay here that bit more comfortable.
- The living room / kitchen makes for a great social space. The seating is all leather and the kitchen has extras included like a dishwasher and kettle.
- Great cultural centres, such as 'La Casa Encendida', Circo Price Theatre and the world famous Reina Sofia museum on your doorstep. Getting to the centre is also very easy with Sol only two metro stops away!
Things to keep in mind
- For the twin rooms, there is the option of renting a single bed for a cheaper price and then living with a roomate.
- The kitchen, though open and modern, is quite compact.

The biggest train station in Madrid, Atocha, home to high speed AVE trains to travel around Spain and all the suburban 'Cercanias' lines , aswell as Metro line 1 is a 12 minute walk away. However on the flats doorstep is Embajadores train station (Cercanias line C-5 and metro line 3) and Acacias train station (metro line 5) which take you to the centre of the city in minutes.
