This flat is only available to female tenants aged under 28 years old. Water is heated by natural gas. Utilities are included in the price but only up to 33.33€ per person per month. If the utilities (electricity, water, gas, WiFi) come over that the difference will have to be paid. There is a cleaning service and clothes can be dried on clothes racks inside the apartment. Bed linen is included in the price.
Spotahome's opinion
This amazing 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is something quite special. All the rooms are large and bright, and boast their own private balconies with armchairs to relax with a coffee in the sun. Located on the 5th floor, with an elevator, this huge 170m² flat is not only a great place to live but it is also in a great location, just on the outskirts of the centre.
What we liked the most
- The whole flat has a warm and inviting atmosphere, down to the wooden floor, the modern furnishings, the funky artwork on the walls; it all comes together to make this flat a fantastic place to live.
- The owners have thought about how best to make use of the amazing balconies overlooking the street and provided armchairs in all the rooms, which will be perfect for reading a book or having a coffee.
- Just one metro station away (or a 10 minute walk) is the start of Calle Fuencarral, one of the main shopping streets of Madrid. In the other direction, just 250m away from the flat is the beautiful Canal Sports complex and gardens. This area has a public running track, that is very popular with locals, as well as gardens, fountains, a driving range for golf and other sports facilities.
