Three good-sized rooms available for rent in a three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. This flat is 75 sqm and is located on the ground floor in a charming residential area of Madrid. You will love the lively square which is right next to the flat where you can mix and mingle with the locals who frequent this gorgeous green space.

What we liked the most
- There is a nice open plan kitchen/living area, nicely decorated using neutral colours combined with bold accessories and artwork.
- There is plenty of space to store your personal belongings throughout the apartment. All rooms have large wardrobes and a bookcase, there are a number of storage cabinets in the kitchen and, in addition, rooms one and two have drawers under the bed providing additional storage space.
- Bedroom 2 has twin beds, making it perfect for friends travelling together.
Things to keep in mind
There is no dining table, but there is a round table and a couple of sofas in the living area you can use to eat your meals
