This four-bedroom, two bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle de la Palma in the heart of Malsaña, one of Madrid's most fun (and one of the world's most hipster) neighborhoods.All of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, making it an ideal choice for couple wanting to live in the heart of a tranquil by day and vibrant by night area or an individual looking for more space in the city center.

What we liked the most
- The apartment has air conditioning, something that is not entirely common in Madrid. If you don't have the chance to escape to the beach or the mountains in August like most Madrileños, your room will be nice and cool.
- All of the bedrooms boast individual keys, a great amenity for those who have security high on their list of requirements in an apartment.
- The kitchen has two things that are often hard to come by in Madrid: a dishwasher (a feature that is often hard to come by in Madrid!), making it ideal for those who don't want the hassle of washing dishes by hand, and an oven, ideal for those who love baking. The kitchen is perfect for foodies!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
- The kitchen does not have a refrigerator, but there are fridges in each individual room.
- Electric is not included in the price of the rent.
