Three en-suite rooms are available for rent in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-floor apartment, located in Malasaña, one of Madrid's most buzzing neighborhoods, just a stone throw away from the city centre. All rooms for rent feature en-suite bathrooms as well as double beds and are fully furnished, perfect for those who prefer to have more privacy.
The 80 m² apartment has modern furniture throughout and consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and a comfortable living room with sofas where you can relax. Malasaña features fantastic restaurants, bars and an amazing nightlife - we can guarantee you will never get bored here!
What we liked the most
- All bathrooms are en-suite, eliminating the hassle of sharing bathrooms.
- All bedrooms have individual keys, making it ideal for those with safety in mind.
- There is individual heating and A/C in the apartment.
- The kitchen has two things that are often hard to come by in Madrid: a dishwasher (a feature that is often hard to come by in Madrid!), making it ideal for those who don't want the hassle of washing dishes by hand, and an oven, ideal for those who love baking.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an interior apartment, perfect for those in need of some peace.
- Electricity is not included as part of the rental price.
